𝗧𝗢𝗢𝗟𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗙𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗨𝗥𝗘

It is I on your screen this time, at this moment, with this small gist.

The time is 5:11am and I just realised something..

It has been a while you have seen my post.

So, here is something I have for you, that might just sit you up or fall you flat on your face.

In this article, I will share with you what the title entails and why I chose that.

But first, a small tale.

Around this time two weeks ago, I needed to return back to the hustling and bustling of Lagos, and this happened ..

I was dishing out hot articles that would make anyone feel I have got my act together (I actually felt I did).

I was getting people to notice what I was doing, and it was really great.

Until, some things creeped in ..

Procrastination ..

One Time Wonder ..

Self doubt ..

Not doing what I say ..

Failure ..

Now, all these things didn’t happen at once, they came one after the other.

And instead of focusing on plans to get myself up and running, I focused more on the vehicle that will take me to my destination.

It cost me a whole lot, and made me lose some valuable time that I should’ve used to get things up and running.

It cost me some relationships as well.

It also made me realise I am human.

Now, being all human and not wanting to remain in that loop.

I decided to do something instead..

I gave myself time to breathe.

I decided to give what I had and not what I hoped I had.

I decided to make accurate plans (still planning).

I decided to take my life into my hands.

I decided to choose myself again and again because I realised that if I don’t do this for me, no one will.

I decided to reach out.

Now, this isn’t a motivational talk, it is more of an action talk, and a more of don’t let life pass you by talk, also a more of get your act together talk.

1. Keep looking at the end point and don’t focus on the journey.

2. Don’t document things, just go with the flow.

3. Always rely on others.

4. Keep pushing till you break.

5. Always leave things for a later period.

6. Always wait for others to do things first before you follow in their steps.

7. Always be perfect, and don’t make mistakes.
