𝟭. 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗙𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗧
I wish I could amplify this in your head.
In the new year, life is going to test you big time.
Shiny objects will dangle before you.
A time will come when it will look as though everyone in your world is making it big – everyone except you.
That is why this message is getting to you at this time. STAY ON YOUR LANE.
This is arguably one of the most difficult things you can do, but it will turn out to be profitable in the long run.
Here’s something for you to brood on;
Social Media is going to get tougher in 2021 (trust me on this).
With the rise in the number of personal brands being created, there will be a need for juicy content. The result of this is that many people will begin to take bold steps which will result in multiple wins for them.
To keep their personal brands going, many people will make it a point of duty to announce their wins on social media. And if you don’t arm yourself with this knowledge right now, you will run yourself into an early grave as you COMPARE in a destructive manner.
If you want to survive this new year, STAY ON YOUR LANE.
However, you won’t be able to do this if you haven’t yet gotten CLEAR on your journey.
Where are you headed?
What are you called to do?
What is your purpose?
What path must you tread?
Answer these questions for yourself and when the answers have come, face where you must.
𝟮. 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗡 𝗧𝗢 𝗠𝗔𝗞𝗘 𝗘𝗫𝗖𝗨𝗦𝗘𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗣𝗘𝗢𝗣𝗟𝗘
And no. You’re not doing it because you think they deserve it.
You’re doing it for your own sanity.
Deal with the mindset which teaches you that the world revolves around you – because it doesn’t.
This one thing will give you peace in the year that is coming.
So instead of assuming that your uncle has refused to send you money because he is that evil man who wants you to pack up and return to the village, see it as though there’s a lesson he wants you to learn.
The lesson of independence.
𝟯. 𝗡𝗢 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗨𝗠𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦
Even if you want to forget every other thing from this post, do not forget this.
In 2021, make it a point of duty to be in charge of every facet of your life.
Don’t assume that e go beta (things will get better) – because they won’t.
Don’t assume that the client will get back to you – if you’re not willing to follow him up.
Don’t assume that your business will flourish – if you don’t put in the work.
In place of assuming, create what you want to see. Find out the actions that must take you to the place you want to be in, and take those steps.
𝟰. 𝗕𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗨𝗟 𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗚𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗦
Not everyone should have access to your mind, and who you give your ears to will (at the end of the day) get to your mind.
Some people will try to make you feel stupid for showing up and putting in the work – yoiu don’t need them.
Some people will want to convince you that what isn’t possible for them isn’t possible for you – you know better.
Give ears to what matters, and is in line with the vision you have created for yourself.
Every other thing? They aren’t necessary for your growth.
𝟱. 𝗚𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗧𝗔𝗞𝗘
You know the saying about the givers who never lack, right?
Don’t dismiss it as old wives’ tales in the new year.
If you want to be blessed, bless people first.
You want to get value from others, give value first.
Don’t be a parasite. You will pay dearly for choosing that pathway.
And while you’re at it, pay attention to spirituality in 2021.
There is more to life than meets the eyes.
2021 is going to be nice, but you must know the right things to do to make it so. Have these 5 things up your sleeves, as you prepare to be the best.
